His expertise and knowledge were recognized by the school, and he had the privilege of coaching numerous students during his tenure.

Around 15 years ago, Ross expanded his coaching services by offering one-on-one private voice-over coaching. This allowed him to share his wealth of experience and insights with aspiring voice artists, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Ross's work experience is truly remarkable. He has delivered over 18,000 paid voice-over jobs, showcasing his versatility and ability to adapt to various projects. Additionally, he has submitted an average of more than 20,000 auditions per year, accumulating a staggering total of at least 140,000 auditions. This immense volume of work demonstrates his dedication, professionalism, and commitment to his craft. Ross continues his daily practice of auditions and voice overs for clients all over the world. His narration on Investigation Discovery’s See No Evil has been on the air for over a decade and has consistently been among the networks highest rated shows.

As a testament to his influence and leadership in the industry, Ross is also the founder of the LinkedIn group Voice Over World, which boasts over 5,600 members. This platform serves as a community for voice artists to connect, learn, and grow together under Ross's guidance and mentorship.
